Hello, I am having a very big problem. I used to work for a State Agency in Ca. and my doctor took me off work due to my disabilities. Then my job sent me a letter saying they let me go due to AWOL! My Doctor is very confused. They have all the papers she sent stating I was going to be off due to disabilities. So how can they make up AWOL? I was clearing on Disability due back on 1/31/10 but on 1/15/10 ADP wrote me a letter stating since I went AWOL???? I have been terminated??? I just moved up here from Santa Barbara/Ventura area where I lived the past 18 years. I was offered this job by the "Acting Dep Dir", then they replaced him. Now I'm not there! What am I to do? I need help please. I've worked my whole adult life raising 2 kids alone-(their dad took off after 9 years without any notice to me) I had to work 3-4 jobs a week. I've had it really rough, but somehow made it. This is one reason why I took this job with the State. So I would be secure. I almost had 7 years in. The union said they can't help me?? Please, sir, please help me. I can't seem to find one lawyer to help me! maybe because it's a Ca State Dept? (ADP)I have no idea. But now I have no job, medical ins etc...I need my medicines and doctors appt! plus money for rent etc... I live in Sacramento, Ca- the below are problems I was working with and need help with. thank you. Donna Allen Discrimination/Harassment race, religion, ancestry, medical condition, disability Retaliation/Whistle-Blowing based on your complaints about the employer Wrongful Termination and - Work Conditions No privacy, Verbal assault, other general illegalities of employer- made fun of my disabilities. Questioned my doctors orders. and didn't give me accommodations for my disabilities. They kept saying they will, or there's no budget, etc....

One who dont know about it before may get useful information from this post , This one seems to me different type of post......well i wanna say that The way how u tried to explain some posts at here seems to me different 70-577 there are certainly different posts at here,but i didnt find any post related to projects like 70-620 ...if someone have information about it,do tell me!Well any updates related to this post?if yes than do tell me!actually i came here while surfing net to get data related to projects of 70-621 and find this post different one...Is there anyone having information about 70-622 if yes than do tell me!...any updates?if yes than do tell me!
