California Watch reporter Bernice Yeung will attend New America Media Ethnic Media Awards presentation and gala, located at the KQED studios in San Francisco. The awards recognize journalistic excellence among local media representing an ethnic minority or newcomer communities, like youth reporting. Yeung served on the panel of judges this year.
