'The Price of Sex' screening at American Psychological Association conference

"The Price of Sex," which the Center for Investigative Reporting helped edit and produce, will be screened at the 2012 American Psychological Association convention.The screening is open to conference participants but is otherwise closed to the public.
"The Price of Sex" is a feature-length documentary about young Eastern European women who have been drawn into a world of sex trafficking and abuse. Filming undercover and gaining extraordinary access, photojournalist and filmmaker Mimi Chakarova illuminates how even though some women escape to tell their stories, sex trafficking thrives.
