These five state public universities are the most expensive for in-state students. Cost includes 2008-’09 tuition and fees plus the cost of room, board, books and other living expenses.

I cant believe how expensive it is to send a kid to school nowadays in that state, I am glad college is still affordable in Pennsylvania.
