| It’s hard getting food to hundreds of thousands of people. In Santa Barbara, the challenge is no less tolling. The Santa Barbara County Food Bank is the main organization in the county that receives food from the government, farms and grocery stores, and then distributes it to non-profit organizations like the Salvation Army, which in turn, give that food to hungry people.
