The state cited hundreds of inspectors for work-related problems, but many are allowed to keep monitoring school construction jobs. So while inspectors are watching over contractors, who's watching the inspectors?

How come no contractors were interviewed for your articles? If you ask them they think they are being over regulated and the State and the Inspector's are too restrictive.
