Elizabeth Titus is a native of Ferndale, Calif. She is a graduate of Stanford University, where she was president and editor-in-chief of The Stanford Daily. Her reporting also has appeared in The New York Times, POLITICO, The Texas Tribune and The Sacramento Valley Mirror.
