Bio

Kendall Taggart is a researcher and reporter for California Watch and the Center for Investigative Reporting. Kendall previously worked as a researcher on nationally broadcast documentary films and at the New England Center for Investigative Reporting (NECIR). Kendall is a Massachusetts native and graduate of Reed College. She has lived and worked in Chiang Mai, Thailand, and Trujillo, Peru.

We also wanted to map all the public K-12 schools in the state and those without seismic-safety certification under the Field Act, the state’s building standards for school construction.
