Bio

Lisa Reynolds is a freelance journalist who previously worked as an education reporter at the Contra Costa Times and other publications. She has received awards from the Society for Professional Journalists Northern California Chapter and the Education Writers Association. For the past decade, she has been an elementary school teacher in the San Francisco Bay Area. She received her B.A. in journalism from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
