Bio

Louise Rafkin, a freelance reporter, regularly contributes to The Bay Citizen, part of the Center for Investigative Reporting. Her feature stories and essays have been published in The Washington Post Magazine, The New York Times, Salon and the San Francisco Chronicle, among other publications.
